These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LinkProfiles. By using the service, you agree to these
Terms.

1. About the service

LinkProfiles is a platform for creating link pages, redirects, custom-domain profiles, and related analytics.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LinkProfiles, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • the information you provide is accurate
  • you will use the service in compliance with applicable law

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

3. User accounts

To use some features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • all activity under your account
  • keeping your login credentials secure
  • ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform.

LinkProfiles.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to use and publish the content
  • your content does not violate any law or third-party rights
  • your content is not misleading, fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful

5. Acceptable use

You may not use LinkProfiles to:

  • distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, or harmful code
  • promote illegal goods, services, or activity
  • impersonate another person or organization
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • transmit spam or abusive content
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or infrastructure
  • interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the service

We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users and infrastructure.

6. Domains, redirects, and third-party destinations

LinkProfiles may allow you to connect custom domains and create redirects to third-party destinations.

You are solely responsible for:

  • configuring domains correctly
  • ensuring you control the domains you connect
  • verifying the legality and safety of redirect destinations
  • maintaining the accuracy of public content and links

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked through LinkProfiles.

7. Analytics

LinkProfiles may provide page-view, click, and traffic analytics. These analytics are provided for informational
purposes and may not be perfectly accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

We may change how analytics are measured, displayed, retained, or aggregated at any time.

8. Paid plans and billing

If LinkProfiles offers paid plans:

  • pricing, features, and limits may be described separately on the website or billing page
  • fees may be billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise
  • you authorize us and/or our billing provider to charge applicable fees
  • failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of service access

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep LinkProfiles available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may:

  • modify features
  • add or remove functionality
  • perform maintenance
  • limit access for security or abuse prevention reasons
  • suspend or discontinue parts of the service

10. Intellectual property

LinkProfiles and its software, branding, design, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are
protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any of our intellectual property to you.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

12. Disclaimer

LinkProfiles is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising
from or related to the use of LinkProfiles.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12
months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkProfiles and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages,
losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • your use of the service
  • your content
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party right

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LinkProfiles at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • your use creates legal, technical, or security risk
  • we are required to do so by law
  • the service is discontinued

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published at this URL with a revised
effective date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law
